Notification in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9 § 5: Fiskars and Investor complete the legal combination of their Wärtsilä holdings

Wärtsilä has today been informed that Fiskars Corporation and Investor AB have

completed the legal combination into a joint venture in accordance to the

release published on 24 April 2012.



The joint company Avlis AB and its wholly owned subsidiary Avlis Invest AB's

(former Instoria AB) total ownership is 42,948,325 or 21.77% of Wärtsilä's share

capital and votes. As a result of the completion of the joint venture, Investor

AB has no direct ownership in Wärtsilä. Fiskars currently owns 59.7% of Avlis AB

and Investor owns 40.3%
