Knoll Declares Cash Dividend

EAST GREENVILLE, Pa., Feb. 6, 2013 -- Knoll, Inc. (NYSE: KNL) today announced
that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of
$0.12 per share payable March 28, 2013 to all shareholders of record on March
15, 2013.
