WellCare to Report Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2012 Results on February 13

Tampa, Florida (January 10, 2013) - WellCare Health Plans, Inc. (NYSE: WCG) will

report  on Wednesday, February  13, 2013, at 6:30 a.m. Eastern  Time its results

for  the quarter ended  December 31, 2012.  Beginning at  8:30 a.m. Eastern Time

the  same day, Alec Cunningham, WellCare's  chief executive officer, will lead a

discussion  about these  results.  The  discussion will  be webcast live via the

internet   from   the   Company's   web   site   at  www.wellcare.com  and  from

www.earnings.com.



Replays  of the  discussion will  be available  beginning approximately one hour

following  the conclusion  of the  live broadcast.   A telephonic replay will be
