Sword Group: New Administrative and Financial Organisation





Sword Group is pleased to announce the arrival, as of 1 February 2013 of Erwin

Bette, the new Group CFO and Christine Pollie, the new Deputy Group CFO in

charge of the "Services" divisions and Consolidation, both based in Luxembourg.



In addition, Apak's CFO, Rob Johnson, becomes Deputy Group CFO in charge of the

"Software" division.



This new organisation follows the scheduled departure of Françoise Fillot,

current Group CFO for Sword who has for several months wished to cease her

professional activity.



Let us note that Françoise Fillot has participated in the creation of two

Information Technology groups (Decan and Sword), in the acquisition of more than

30 companies and has in particular infused honesty and rigour as a guiding

principle within the Group.

Françoise Fillot will continue as a Director of Sword Group SE.

We thank her for the distance travelled.





Erwin Bette is a seasoned global executive with extensive finance, operations

and business development experience and most recently served as CFO and Vice

President of Performance Fibers Europe, one of the world's leading producers of

industrial polyester fibers and fabrics. He also held financial and operational

executive positions at CWS-BOCO International, a division of Haniel, the Minit

Group and BOC Industrial Gases.



Christine Pollie is a seasoned executive with extensive finance experience.

Christine most recently served as Senior Finance Director Group of Galapagos, a

clinical stage biotech company focused on developing novel medicines. She has

also held senior financial positions at GIMV and at CFE.
