Farstad Shipping ASA - Financial Calendar 2013

Farstad Shipping ASA will publish their results for the 4th quarter 2012 and

results for 2012 on February 14, 2013.



A presentation of the results will take place at Norges Rederiforbund, 7th

floor, in Oslo on February 15 at 09.00 am.



Annual General Meeting is set to May 15, 2013.



Preliminary dates for the Company's quarterly reports are:



1st quarter:    May 15, 2013

2nd quarter:  August 21, 2013

3rd quarter:   November 13, 2013





Farstad Shipping's fleet currently consists of 56 vessels (29 AHTS, 24 PSV and

3 SUBSEA) and 5 PSV and 4 AHTS under construction. The company's operations are

managed from Aalesund, Aberdeen, Melbourne, Perth, Singapore, Macaé and Rio de

Janeiro with a total of 2000 employees engaged onshore and offshore. The

company's strategy is to be a leading quality provider of large, modern offshore
