Corio successfully placed € 150 m bond issue

Corio has successfully placed a bond issue under the EMTN program of € 150 m

maturing in June 2017.



The proceeds of this transaction will be used for general corporate purposes.

The € 150 m bond issue has a 2.389% coupon and the issue price is 100%. The

bonds will be placed with two foreign institutional investors.



The bonds are issued by Corio and will be listed on Euronext Amsterdam. Corio

has been assigned a BBB+ rating by Standard & Poors and a Baa1 by Moody's.

J.P. Morgan acted as lead manager for this issue.
