In this capacity, Stephanie will hold key executive responsibilities including strategic planning for the firm as well as managing the processes, personnel and budgetary considerations necessary to achieve corporate goals.

Stephanie is responsible

for ensuring development and performance benchmarks are in place that are consistent with the strategic goals of the firm. She will also oversee the recruitment, development and retention of employees within the Benefits Consulting Practice Group as well as handling all HR functions.

In addition, Stephanie brings an extensive background in compliance consulting to Cambridge. She is responsible for monitoring current issues and interacting with various legal and regulatory bodies to stay informed of the latest developments. She will also implement and communicate compliance policy to the Cambridge team and its clients.

Prior to joining Cambridge Consulting Group, Stephanie’s experience included sales, benefits administration, marketing and client relationship management roles at a leading insurance carrier, a leading insurance agency as well as a local nonprofit. Stephanie brings strong problem solving and listening skills as well as proven leadership to the Benefits Consulting Group. Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Loras College in Iowa.
