TULSA, OK - November 26, 2012 - Laredo Petroleum Holdings, Inc. ("Laredo" or
"the Company") (NYSE: LPI) today announced that Randy A. Foutch, Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer, will present at two upcoming conferences. Mr. Foutch
will present at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2012 Leveraged Finance
Conference in Boca Raton, Florida on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.
Eastern Time. Additionally, Mr. Foutch will present at the Capital One
Southcoast 2012 Energy Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana on Wednesday,
December 5, 2012 at 2:40 p.m. Central Time.
Both presentations will be webcast and are open to registrants of each
conference. The Company will also make the link to each webcast and its
presentation available to the public on its website, www.laredopetro.com, on the
day of the presentation. A replay of the presentation will be available on the
