New and ethical groundbreaking immigration advice service rolled out

Balita Pinoy has today rolled out a new, and ground breaking, service for those seeking immigration and visa advice and services.

This will essentially be an initial assessment of the applicants details and circumstances, mainly to let the potential applicant to know if their application would have a good chance of success, thus saving them money on pursuing an

application which has no merit.

The initial assessments will be inspected by an immigration advisor or lawyer, who will say whether the applicant has a good enough case to go forward with an application.

Whichever way this results, the applicant will be notified as soon as possible.

There will be a nominal charge of £30GBP (thirty pounds sterling) for this servic.

The applicant will then be advised the best possible course to take, and the costs involved.

If the applicants initial assessment fails at the first hurdle that is not the end of the matter as they will be given a second chance to have another assessment if there are significant changes to the circumstances. This second assessment will be free of charge.

Initially, he service is only for the UK and Ireland, although plans are going through to xpand it to Canada, the USA, Australia and New Zealand. Other countries may be added later.

This has come about because over the past few years many complaints have been made to Balita Pinoy of rogue and criminal immigration advisors who either take money promising a service and do nothing, or at the other end of the scale, take the client on knowing full well the application would fail to be approved.

The nature of such cases has increased as various Western governments are tightening up immigration criteria, making it harder for applicants from third world countries to gain admission.

Nowhere is this more apparent than in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Besides membership of the European Union (EU) having a knock-on effect of tightening up immigration laws, individual governments are adding their own particular restrictions.

All advisors and lawyers who are involved in this venture have agreed to a code of ethics, mainly not to take clients on who have no likelihood of success, and to make their charges reasonable, not sky high.

Advisors in the UK will have to be registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC).

Other advisors and lawyers will have to show they are registered with their respective overseeing bodies, and they have a good track record.

Any immigration advisor or lawyer who gets 3 sustainable or unresolved complaints will be dropped from participating in this scheme.
