Statkraft AS intends to issue Eurobonds

Statkraft AS announces its intention to issue a Euro denominated bond of
benchmark size with a maturity of 10 years under its EMTN programme. The
proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The final size of the issue, coupon and maturity will be decided through the
bookbuilding process.

Statkraft AS is rated 'A-/stable outlook' with Standard & Poor's and
'Baa1/Stable outlook' with Moody's.

BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank og J.P. Morgan are acting as joint
bookrunners
