Golar  LNG Partners LP  3rd Quarter 2012 results will  be released on Wednesday,

November  28 2012 before the  NASDAQ opens.  In connection  with this, a webcast

presentation  will  be  held  at  4.45 P.M  (London Time) on Wednesday, November

28 2012. The  webcast will be available to  download from the Investor Relations

section at www.golarlngpartners.com
