Careerpassport at CIPD in Manchester

our Stand
2012-11-16 17:05:47 - Recently rebranded social media-oriented applicant tracking system (ATS)
careerpassport, was present at this year’s Chartered Institute of Personnel
and Development (CIPD)’s leading annual exhibition in Manchester.

This three-day conference is very popular among HR professionals
interested in the latest advancements in recruitment systems. Stand 415,
manned by the careerpassport team, was busy as attendees enquired about
the system demo. An artist drew caricatures of visitors, adding a bit of fun
to careerpassport’s booth.
Amongst the keynote speakers at the conference was Jean Tomlin, the HR
director at the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics

and six-time gold medallist
David Weir, and chief executive of the British Paralympics association Andy
Hunt.
‘This was a good year for careerpassport,’ said Matthew Caruana, Head of
Business Development. ‘We exhibited in several conferences and
exhibitions and have followed up on several leads which resulted in new
clients and new opportunities.’
The careerpassport platform, designed as software as a service (SaaS), has
now also been updated to include a tasks and interview scheduler, making
the whole recruitment process more streamlined and efficient. A new third
party feature in Careerpassport now also allows agencies and recruiters to
submit Cvs for a particular vacancy on the clients’ own system.
‘We had the opportunity to speak to clients, partners and HR professionals
about our new features and it was great to hear their immediate positive
feedback.’ added Mr. Caruana. ‘We look forward to another year of
continuous development and growth.’
