Ruric AB withdraws the claim regarding Grifon House

Ruric AB withdraws its claim against CJSC Grifon, a subsidiary of Storm Real
Estate ASA, regarding Grifon House business centre. Today the case was stopped
at the Arbitration court of St. Peterburg and Lenigrad Oblast.

Grifon House is located at 19-21 Dostoevskogo St. and 19 Razyezzhaya St. in
Saint Petersburg with a total area of approximately 6,300 square meters. CJSC
Grifon was sold by Ruric AB in 2009 to a subsidiary of Storm Real Estate ASA, a
Norwegian real estate investment company.
