CML Healthcare Income Fund (the Fund) is an open-ended trust that owns CML Healthcare Inc. (CML), which is engaged in healthcare diagnostic services business. CML is a community-based provider of laboratory testing services in Ontario and a provider of medical imaging services in Canada.
