Fitch Ratings has affirmed and assigned Rating Outlooks to the following classes of Currus XV Limited.

---EUR 166,400,000 senior facility 'AAA'; Outlook Stable;

---EUR 2,133,333 subordinated B1 facility 'AAA'; Outlook Stable;

---EUR 2,133,333 subordinated B2 facility 'AAA'; Outlook Stable.

Fitch has applied the Global Structured Finance Rating Criteria for the review of this transaction. The ratings are based on the

underlying collateral which consists of Spanish residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) currently rated 'AAA' with a Stable Outlook by Fitch.
Payments under the credit facilities are reliant on the cash flow from the underlying assets.
