BACE, a leading global manufacturer of heavy duty balers and compactors for use in the recycling and waste management industry, announces it has added new executives to support its global growth strategy.

Matt Hatfield joins BACE as President and Tom Fahrland joins BACE as National Sales Director.

Matt Hatfield brings 15+ years of manufacturing and customer experience to the already solid core

of BACE’s existing leadership. Prior to joining BACE, Mr. Hatfield was responsible for the growth and development of the southeastern region for a $200M global manufacturing organization.

Tom Fahrland is a respected leader in the Waste Management industry with over 20+ years of experience leading organizations growth initiatives and expanding product lines. Mr. Fahrland will be responsible for expanding the BACE dealer network and reach into the grocery and retail sectors. Mr. Fahrland has been an active member of ISRI, SWANA, Wastec and the Carolinas Recycling Association.
