Electronic Systems Technology, Inc. (EST) (OTCBB:ELST), dba ESTeem Wireless Modems, debuts their latest customer service feature to revolutionize the wireless market at Rockwell Automation’s Automation Fair 2009 in Anaheim, CA November 11-12.

ESTeem Wireless Modems, the leader in wireless technology for over 25 years, is announcing a revolutionary innovation in wireless network integration - Complete Customer Care. Understanding their customer’s concerns

in implementing wireless technology, ESTeem will assign a support specialist with the first customer contact that will guide them through the design, installation and programming of the wireless network. Regardless of network size, the customer will be guaranteed the highest level of support from the very first call and guided through the process of wireless design to insure network reliability. The ESTeem support specialists will be at the Automation Fair displaying their new software tools for remote wireless network programming and analysis and answering any questions.

“Our new support services are going to change the way customers approach wireless networking,” states Eric Marske, Product Support Manager. “With our new ability to remotely configure and monitor a customer’s wireless network, we can provide on-site configuration and support anywhere in the world”, adds Marske.

In support of Title VI of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, ESTeem will be offering a one-for-one $200 trade-in credit for any outdated, unsupported or unreliable wireless network, regardless of manufacturer or age towards the purchase of a high-speed ESTeem network.
