Chip Akridge Honored with Lifetime Achievement Award

ULI Washington will honor local developer, Chip Akridge, Chairman of commercial real estate firm, Akridge, with its most prestigious honor.
The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented tonight in a dinner ceremony at the National Building Museum in downtown Washington, D.C.
The Washington District Council’s Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes an individual whose career demonstrates a commitment to the highest standards of
responsible development and has through their leadership, helped create and sustain thriving communities in the Washington Region.
With these criteria in mind, ULI Washington’s members submit their nominations for the prestigious award in early spring, and recognize the selected honoree’s career and achievements in the late fall.
