DELSON, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 11/10/09 -- The Board of directors of Goodfellow Inc. (TSX: GDL) declared an eligible dividend of $0.30 per share payable November 27, 2009, to all shareholders of record as of November 20, 2009.
