Core Capital Group Represents Information Technology Experts, Inc. in Sale to Cherokee Nation Businesses

Core Capital Group announced that it acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Information Technology Experts, Inc. (ITX) of Fort Collins, CO, in its sale to Cherokee Nation Businesses (CNB) of Stillwell, OK in a deal completed mid-September.

ITX has offered information technology services to a growing portfolio of commercial and government clients for the past 13 years. Upon completion of the

acquisition, ITX will join businesses under the CNB umbrella including aerospace and defense manufacturing, telecommunications, construction, distribution and personnel services.

Cherokee Nation Businesses was formed in 2005 to serve as a holding company for the Cherokee Nation's diversified business acquisitions, with a goal of creating a strong, sustainable economic engine, according to CEO David Stewart. The company is focused on five business segments - health care, aerospace, information technology, gaming and hospitality and construction.
