Galahad Metals Updates Private Placement

OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/09/09 -- Galahad Metals Inc (TSX VENTURE: GAX) announced today that the Company is continuing to pursue the private placement announced on October 2, 2009. The TSX-V has approved an extension to December 9, 2009.



Proceeds raised will be used for working capital, the Montrose Gold Project and the new Regcourt Gold deposit near Val d'Or, QC.
