Puget Ventures Inc. Announces Warrant Amendment

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/09/09 -- Puget Ventures Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PVS) announces today that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for acceptance of an extension of the expiry date of up to 750,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") originally issued in connection with a private placement announced on December 19, 2007 and January 24, 2008.



The original terms specified that each Warrant was exercisable into one common share (a "Share") of the Company at a price of $0.75 per Share expiring on November 14, 2009. The term of the Warrants will be extended to expire on November 14, 2010. There are no other proposed changes to these Warrants.
