Ergoresearch Announces the Resignation of Its Recently Appointed V-P Finance

MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 11/06/09 -- Ergoresearch Ltd "Ergoresearch" (TSX VENTURE: ERG), announces the resignation of Mr. Michel Pare who had recently been appointed V-P Finance as previously announced on October 22, 2009.



Mr. Pare, who had been appointed as V-P Finance of the Company, was obligated to resign for undisclosed personal reasons.



Mr. Yvon Chapleau who has been the acting controller of the Company for many years will delay his retirement and remain active until a replacement to Mr. Pare is announced.
