Burger King Holdings Inc. (NYSE:BKC) announced that its 2009 annual shareholders meeting will be held at the Hilton Miami Airport, 5101 Blue Lagoon Drive, Miami, Fla. 33126 on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009, at 9 a.m.

EST. All shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 22, 2009, are entitled to attend and to vote at the meeting,

in person or by proxy.
