Badger Meter Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

The Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share to shareholders of record December 1, 2009, payable December 15, 2009.

This is the same amount voted in the previous quarter.
