BOCA RATON, Fla. – During these uncertain economic times when organizations are asking staff members to do more with fewer resources, developing an operational tempo where people perform in a highly effective and collaborative manner requires senior leadership to think and act differently, says Michael Palazzo, president of Leadership Advisors.

“We must focus our time and resources on developing strategies

to deal with the challenges of law enforcement today and in the future,” Michael Palazzo says. “By 2014, a significant number of law enforcement commanders will be transitioning in retirement and transferring command responsibility to the next generation. Michael Palazzo will be facilitating an agency-wide leadership workshop for Hawaii County Police Department to help shape the thinking and planning process. As part of a national speaking tour in the United States in this year and next, the chief executive of Leadership Advisors will present a series of town hall-style meetings to empower and inspire leaders to develop a plan for succession and organizational effectiveness.
