Western Gas Partners, LP Increases Distribution and Schedules Earnings Conference Call

Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE:WES) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.32 per unit for the third quarter of 2009, representing a 3.2% increase over the prior quarter. The distribution is payable on Nov. 13, 2009 to unitholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 30, 2009.

The

partnership plans to report its third-quarter 2009 results after the market closes on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at 9 a.m. CST (10 a.m. EST) to discuss quarterly results.
