2009-06-29 19:58:02 -

RABAT, Morocco (AP) - Moroccan authorities say four suspects have been brought before a Moroccan court to face charges of plotting terrorist actions and drug trafficking in Spain and Morocco.
The official Moroccan news agency, MAP, says the men belong to a terrorist cell dismantled last week in the Spanish North African enclave of Ceuta.
It reports that three Moroccans with Spanish citizenship and their Moroccan accomplice will be prosecuted in Sale, next to the capital, Rabat. They will face various charges, including «constitution of a criminal group, preparation of terrorist acts,» and drug trafficking.
MAP says the group points to links between terrorists and criminal gangs, as well as Islamist cells in European countries. They were brought before court Monday.
