HealthSpring, Inc. (NYSE:HS) today announced that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its second quarter 2009 earnings conference call on Tuesday, August 4, 2009. During the call, management will discuss financial results for the second quarter of 2009 and update financial projections and other guidance for 2009.

The Company will release results for the second quarter and six months

ended June 30, 2009, before the opening of market trading on Tuesday, August 4. The live broadcast of HealthSpring's conference call will begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 4.
