Value in Implementing UCaaS Is Not in Cost Savings Alone

released its latest Unified Communications study, "Unified

offerings are reporting double-digit growth and significant interest
in the verticals they target. WR forecasts this sector will grow by
leaps and bounds over the next 5 years, becoming a billion dollar
business by the end of 2011 and a $5 billion business by the end of
the forecast period.

including those from hosted messaging providers, hosted VoIP vendors,
carriers, and from the major premises-based UC providers --
Microsoft, IBM, and Cisco -- all of whom have recently launched
