World Shipholding Limited, a company indirectly controlled by Golar

LNG's Chairman John Fredriksen, has bought 138,900 shares in Golar

LNG at a price of NOK 44.38 per share. John Fredriksen's direct and

indirect holding in Golar LNG following this transaction is

31,203,900 shares, constituting 46.17 percent of the issued share

capital.
