Crossover Launches JUMPSTART - An HR Initiative for 2009

Pune, 19th January 2009. As one of the leading service providers for the health care sector, specifically in medical transcription in India, Crossover Software Technology Pvt. Ltd. part of the Crossover Group, has embarked on a fresh HR initiative mainly focusing on initiative and ownership.


The company's HR team and management has pioneered the JUMPSTART initiative. The team plans to develop initiatives and proposes plans on how the company can best improve on Quality, Employee initiative and Technology. Part of the initiative would be TeamGreen within CROSSOVER, who would actively promote steps on how to increase energy efficiency, reuse paper and other materials as well as conserve water.

The TechTrainer is also a component of JUMPSTART which would ensure that every senior person in CROSSOVER 'adopts' a junior. This would lead to a continuous upgradation of skill sets. Another focus area would be imparting training to all the employees to ensure 100% quality in the transcription process. JUMSTART will also designate a team to promote initiatives which involve employees and their families.
