SONG VICTORIOUS IN ESCORT AD CASE

Disney TV star BRENDA SONG has won her legal battle against a company who used her photograph to advertise an escort service.
The Suite Life of Zack & Cody actress will receive $100,000 (£70,600) from Vibe Media Inc, which published a head shot of the star in an advert in L.A. Weekly newspaper last year (08).
The ad read, "Hawaiin (sic) beauty. Come get lei'd." Song has said: "As a role model to millions of young people, I feel I have to take a stand against this company in regard to its exploitation of my image."
