This survey was done between January 1 and September 30, 2008 to show how Spironolactone is used in 262 hospitals located within 14 of China's provinces and municipalities, of which Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and Shanxi represent Northern China Market; Jiangsu and Zhejiang Eastern China; Guangdong and Fujian Southern China; Guangxi and Jiangxi Central China; and Chongqing, Yunnan and Guizhou Southwestern China. Based on the information collected in the medical field, this survey analyzed the competitive landscape of the Spironolactone market and the difference between habits of using Spironolactone in different hospitals and in hospitals of different regions of China. We then drew a general portrait of the operation of China's Spironolactone market through the whole year.
