The ATG solution will enable Prénatal to offer a personalised experience and better engage new customers, by integrating new channels, creating customer segments, understanding the unique needs of each segment, presenting the right products to the right customer, and ensuring a consistent shopping and buying experience that integrates every interaction channel. Prénatal will use the complete ATG Commerce Suite, including capabilities for personalised merchandising, commerce search, marketing campaign management, multivariate testing, and contact centre-based customer service.
While this implementation starts with Prénatal,
the company has a longer term vision to expand its ATG implementation across the entire Artsana Group.
