Corgi International Ltd. (dba PopCo Entertainment) (Nasdaq:CRGI) announced today that it has entered into a distributor agreement with re:creation Group Plc, based in Finchampstead, United Kingdom, to handle distribution, sales and marketing of PopCo Entertainment toy brands in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe through 2010.
