This automated test suite is designed specifically for vendors to test Hardware Platform Management software development for AMC and is fully compliant with PICMG specification AMC.0 R2.0. The AMC Tester, which complements Polaris' existing range of ATCA and MicroTCA testers, is now commercially available. These test tools have been developed after close consultation with CP-TA and where applicable, they conform to the published certification requirements'.

The current version of the AMC Tester has been upgraded, and features more than 60 test scripts for testing mandatory carrier requirements and AMC management implementations. The tester has an easy-to-use Windows interface and complete source codes for test scripts are available, which helps users customize tests according to their requirements. The built-in Miniscope Protocol Analyzer aids the debugging process during system development and integration, reducing the time and resources spent, significantly.
