He is an elite endurance athlete competing for 15 years on the national and international level; a certified running coach through USATF, professional in sports marketing and a proud member of PowerBar Team Elite™ and the nationally ranked Nike Central Park Track Club. The 2009 XTERRA New England Trail Run Series Regional Champion, 2008 USATF 50 Mile and Marathon Trail 20-29 age group national champion, a 3x Elite finisher at the internationally prestigious NYRR Empire State Building Run-Up, 21 successfully completed marathon/ultramarathons with 14 Boston Marathon qualifying times. Past member of three national teams and competed in two world championships, placing 33rd at the 2008 XTERRA Trail Running World Championship in Kualoa Ranch, Oahu, Hawaii. A Penn State graduate hailing from Pittsburgh, the city of champions.
