The County Clerk’s office worked with Global 360 to implement a case management solution for its Probate Department that has dramatically improved customer service and access to information – and should potentially save the Clerk millions of dollars in storage, labor, and supply costs in the future.

In the most densely populated county in Florida, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court is responsible for maintaining court records and pleadings, securing court evidence, collecting and

disbursing court fines, and a variety of other functions within the county’s judicial system. Its challenge was to replace time-consuming and costly paper-based processes with an automated system to standardize processes, improve visibility, meet legislative mandates, and enhance customer service to county judiciary and citizens.

Implementing Global 360’s case management solution, Case360, enabled the Pinellas County Clerk to automate court record workflow, improve staff task management and collaboration, provide dynamic user interfaces specific to each participant’s role, and enable comprehensive auditing and tracking of work queues giving management full visibility for improved decision making.
