Canidae Pet Foods announced today that Pet Pointe Distributing, a regional distributor of Canidae Natural Pet Food products, distribution rights have has been acquired by Lone Star Pet Supply headquartered in Schertz, Texas.
Lone Star Pet Supply with locations in Schertz, just outside of San Antonio, and Grand Prairie, Texas is a wholesale distributor of premium pet foods and supplies servicing independent retailers throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi.
"We're happy for our longtime friends at Pet Pointe and wish them all the best in their future endeavors as they turn over daily operations of their distribution of Canidae Natural Pet Food products to Lone Star Pet Supply," said Frank Hon, Director of Operations for Canidae Pet Foods. "At the
same time, Lone Star Pet Supply is already a key distributor of our complete lines of natural Canidae, Felidae and Equidae products. The acquisition is expected to be complete by the end of September.
