Perfectsmile to Sue Remedent N.V. (a Subsidiary of Remedent, Inc.) over Lost Profits

(a subsidiary of Remedent, Inc., for lost profit and damages due to Remedent's cancellation of a signed agreement with Perfectsmile.

With its lawsuit, Perfectsmile is seeking injunctive relief to prevent Remedent from copying Perfectsmile's successful
