named to Forbes' 2013 top 100 list of "The World's Most Innovative
This is Pentair's first appearance on the list, ranking 96th based on the
publication's evaluation of global companies.

premium," a measure of how much investors have bid up the stock price of a
company above the value of its existing business based on expectations of future
innovative results such as new products, services and markets.
