Fornebu - January 16, 2013 - Telenor has entered an agreement with Nets, a
European provider of payments, card and information services to supply them with
telecom and data services in five European countries for the next three years.
Telenor's ability to provide high quality services combined with a simple
administration model that covers all of the Nordics from one place is attractive
for businesses in the region.

Telenor will provide Nets with mobile and fixed telephony services, as well as
DSL in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Estonia. This comprises the total of
approximately 3000 subscriptions, of which 2000 are new additions. The agreement
covers a period of three years, with an option for prolongation, and will be
effective from 1 May 2013 at the latest. The total value
of the three year contract is approximately 46 million NOK. "We have chosen Telenor as our supplier of telecom and data services confident that we are receiving high quality, stable technical solutions and services. In addition, the contract pertains to five countries and will significantly simplify our daily administration, resulting in lower costs," said Øyvind Apelland, Nets Group Executive Vice President IT. "Safe and effective communication is an important requirement supporting our strategic goals. We believe that Telenor will enable this and we are looking forward to strengthening our cooperation," Apelland concluded. "Being a global company with strong presence in the Nordics, we understand the needs of other businesses with international ambitions, and we have capabilities to meet them. Our state of the art networks combined with innovative communication solutions, and centralized contract and service management are important parts of our regional offering," says Thomas L. Kraft, Head of Sales and Support, Nordic Enterprise Sales, Telenor Group. "Nets has been a valued customer of Telenor in Norway for many years.  We are now extremely pleased to have been given the opportunity to expand our cooperation further, from serving Nets in a single market to becoming their total telecom supplier in five European countries," Kraft added. Telenor's Nordic Enterprise Sales unit was established in March 2012, as a Centre of Excellence to serve multinational corporations with cross-border requirements in an integrated manner. --- About Nets Nets is an IT company specialising in managing digital values through the delivery of strategic consulting and IT solutions.
