NEW YORK – January 22, 2013 – Paragon Honda, the No. 1 Honda dealership in the world, is excited to add a new member to their team who will never be late for work, call in sick or even take a day off. Paragon’s new VIP Virtual Presenter, which uses revolutionary 3M technology, is just another tactic to keep Paragon progressing to new levels in 2013 while remaining No. 1.

“This cutting-edge technology adds the ‘wow’ factor to our service customer experience and provides a unique interaction and conversation starter that none of our competitors offer,” said Brian Benstock, Vice President and General Manager of Paragon Honda and Paragon Acura. “The VIP Virtual Presenter will generate an additional 30 percent

in car sales opportunities by highlighting the Vehicle Exchange Program. The best part is all the increases should occur without the $100,000 or more salary that would be needed to compensate its abilities.”

The VIP Virtual Presenter is named Elease, pronounced like the name Elyse, and is part of Paragon’s joint venture with 3M Co. and ELEAD, an automotive customer relationship management company. Elease will be used to greet customers who come in to service their vehicle at Paragon Honda’s service center at 57-06 31st Avenue.

In addition to greeting service customers and providing various tidbits of information, Elease will also highlight Paragon’s popular Vehicle Exchange Program. The successful program, which was created by Paragon partner Tier10 Marketing, allows customers to upgrade to a newer vehicle with the same or lower monthly payment than their current payment with little or no money down.

Despite being the top-selling Honda dealership in the world for new and certified pre-owned Honda vehicles for the last two years, Paragon continues to set new goals for itself and develop new tactics to remain a leader in the automotive sales industry. The new VIP Virtual Presenter is just the latest example of that endeavor.
