Ober to the organization"s board.
Founded in 1932, the Pennsylvania Retailers' Association"s mission is
to represent the retailing industry in the state's legislative chambers, protecting and promoting the welfare of those engaged in retailing, while keeping its members informed about laws and regulations affecting the retail industry.

"From small, mom and pops to national retailers doing business in Pennsylvania, PRA"s membership is vast and diverse. Being elected to the board is a great honor. Ober holds more than 22 years of experience in the real estate development and retail industries. Having orchestrated a host of significant deals throughout his career, Ober has been instrumental in bringing many high profile merchants to the Central Pennsylvania region, including Polo Ralph Lauren, Brooks Brothers, Nautica, Tommy Hilfiger, and Pottery Barn Outlet. Currently, Ober serves as vice president of leasing for LMS Real Estate, managing leasing for The Outlets at Hershey. In addition, he is an owner and general partner of Rockvale Outlets, the award-winning outlet center located in Lancaster, PA. There, Ober oversees day-to-day operations, leasing and marketing efforts. Ober holds both Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Wheaton College. He is also president of DOC&R, Developers of Outlet Centers and Retailers, an international trade organization focused on boosting sales, processes and policy to foster the growth of the outlet industry.
Ober resides in Elizabethtown, PA with his wife, Boni, and their two daughters.
