a separate Corporate Governance Statement 2012.

The Financial Statements 2012 include the annual accounts and consolidated
annual accounts in their entirety and the report of the Board of Directors and
the auditor's report.

The Corporate Governance Statement 2012 is given as a separate report from the
report of the Board of Directors.

The Financial Statements 2012 and the Corporate Governance Statement 2012 are
