Outotec appoints Nina Kiviranta to Executive Board

Outotec has appointed Ms Nina Kiviranta, Master of Laws, as General Counsel and
member of the Executive Board as of March 18, 2013. Nina Kiviranta, 48, has
started her career as an attorney. In 1996-2006 she held various legal posts in
Metsä-Serla Oyj and M-Real Oyj as well as the post of General Counsel in Metsä
Board. She is joining Outotec from Nokia Siemens Networks Oy, where she is the
Head of Legal and Chief Compliance Officer.
