SHARON OSBOURNE is urging fans to help drug-addicted celebrities while they're still alive rather than ridiculing them for their problems.
The rock matriarch, whose husband Ozzy, daughter Kelly and son Jack have all battled drug demons, was left stunned by the

news of Whitney Houston's death over the weekend (11-12Feb12).
The I Will Always Love You hitmaker, whose official cause of death is yet to be revealed as the coroner awaits toxicology results, had a lengthy struggle with drug abuse.
And now Osbourne is calling for devotees to support troubled stars and help them through times of crisis rather than using their problems as a source of criticism.
In a series of posts on Twitter.com she writes, "Amy Winehouse, Michael Jackson and now Whitney Houston. We're all hypocrites bc (because) we're all guilty of mocking them while they were alive.
"It always takes for them to die before we shower them with praise and adulation. They were addicts and there are many addicts still alive. Don't mock them, just help them." Osbourne's son Jack has backed up his mother's statement by re-posting her message on his own page and writing, "Amen mama. Well said!"
