TORONTO, ON, CANADA - RPR - 03/06/13 - OPEN MPAC (Municipal Property Assessment Corporation) is a group of like minded property owners who demand greater transparency in the means of assessing residential properties in Ontario.  Through advocacy, public forums and a concerted effort to better understand and aid in the process by which homes and properties are assessed, we hope to ease the financial and/or logistical burden of dealing with provincial property adjudication.
Our goals include:
 1)A full list of all properties reassessed in Ontario
 2)An open accounting of the experience, training and salary of all MPAC assessors
3)An expression of interest to the Government of Ontario to keep properties values at the level when each was purchased, raising no higher than inflation.
