Ontario's Finest Inns and Spas 2008-09 Guidebook is hot off the press and includes four new members for a total of over 40 member inns and 20 member spas. All are featured in the easy-to-handle digest of information. The guide features full colour images, maps, descriptions and directions for all properties. The very popular Passport to Ontario's Finest Inns and Spas continues in 2008-09. Once completed, the passport entitles the customer to a complimentary membership in the Ontario's Finest VIP program that provides special privileges at inns and spas for its members. The guidebook and passport can be downloaded on-line, or by calling 1-800-340-INNS (4667) for your own personal copy.

Kathy Nichol says, 'Our commitment to increasing the value and benefits to the passport holders has been an underlying theme since we started the passport in 1996. We really appreciate the loyalty of our customers. More than 10,000 repeat visitors have taken advantage of the passport program.'
The Association has expanded the loyalty program to include the VIP membership where guests receive a complimentary upgrade to the best available room on arrival (based on availability), a special gift from the host innkeeper during their stay and when purchasing Ontario's Finest gift certificates, OFIS will include a complimentary gift bag for each gift certificate recipient (regular price $5.). Ontario's Finest Inns & Spas, which began in 1991, has grown from an initial group of 10 Inns to 42 inns and 21 spas. Membership criteria are based on providing the distinct character and the finest hospitality in the Province of Ontario through a rigorous annual quality assurance program.
